Meet the Team
Andrea Pringle
Dental Hygiene Practitioner/Owner
Andrea was born and raised on Pender Island and graduated from Gulf Islands Secondary School on Salt Spring Island where she met her husband and co-owner, Nick Pringle. Together they saw the vision for Ganges Dental Hygiene and brought it to life.
Andrea has been a registered dental hygienist since 2018 after obtaining her Dental Hygiene Diploma from Vancouver Island University. She later went on to complete her Bachelor of Dental Science in Dental Hygiene degree at the University of British Columbia in 2023, allowing her the ability to become a Dental Hygiene Practitioner. Andrea has been providing dental hygiene care to the Salt Spring Island community for the last six years, and decided to open her own independent dental hygiene clinic after seeing the need for more accessible care.
When not in clinic, Andrea enjoys hiking, camping, going to the beach and spending time with Nick and their young daughter, and two dogs. Andrea is often on the hiking trails with the dogs and her daughter on her back!
